MovingMOM - Pre & Postnatal Coaching
At MovingMOM, we specialize in providing personalized pre and postnatal
coaching that supports women through every stage of the perinatal period. Whether you
prefer online guidance, one-on-one coaching, or group classes, we’re here to guide you
through this transformative phase of life with care, understanding, and expert support.
Our Services
1. Online Coaching
Together, we’ll assess which phase of the perinatal period you’re in and I’ll support
you with creating a lifestyle plan that works best for your current stage. We’ll focus on
building strength, improving health, and adapting your fitness and wellness routines
as you progress through this beautiful chapter of life.
2. 1-on-1 Coaching
This is highly personalized, one-hour in-person coaching at Bodyworld in Putte. We’ll
focus on deep core strength, pelvic floor health, and general physical well-being. This
is a safe space to work on building your body’s strength and mobility, ensuring you
feel empowered during and after pregnancy
3. Group Classes
Our group classes are available for both pre- and postnatal women. These small
group workouts are held every Thursday at 18:00 and Saturday at 10:00. Feel free to
bring your little one along, as children are welcome during all activities. Together,
we’ll strengthen our bodies and our community in a safe and supportive environment.
